Fall Classes Now Forming
Daytime & Evening Exercise Classes -- $5/per class
Yoga Class Wednesdays 6:30-7:30p.m.
Begins on Wed. Sept. 12th
Relax and work the kinks out of your stressed-out muscles. Each session will start out with a brief warm-up to get the blood flowing. Then we go into a series of easy stretches & twists to let the body naturally reset itself. Some simple breathing methods will be taught to oxygenate the blood, and the session will finish with a guided deep relaxation.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, some blankets or large towels a pillow or cushion. Wear loose comfortable clothing.
Circuit Training Classes Evening Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-7:30pm
Begins on Tuesday, Sept 18th
Moving from various workout stations, exercising at each for a specified amount of time.
Designed to maximize strength and endurance, while adding muscle tone and definition.
Walking Aerobics Classes No fall classes scheduled at this time
This class is designed for the beginner to intermediate. We will start with warm-ups go into easy- to-follow exercise moves at a moderate pace to a cool down and then stretching. Come join us, you are guaranteed to have fun while reducing stress and burning calories.
